BuildingMart is a digital platform connecting customers in Raiganj and surrounding areas with verified suppliers of building materials. We facilitate order placement, supplier assignment, and coordination of deliveries.

3. Order Placement & Verification

Orders placed on the platform are subject to verification via phone call or OTP (One-Time Password).
A formal confirmation will be provided once a supplier is assigned to your order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or logistical constraints.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, we primarily operate on a COD basis. Payment must be made directly to the delivery personnel upon arrival of materials.
Prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations. The price at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

5. Delivery Terms

We provide free delivery within Raiganj for most orders.
Delivery timelines are estimates. We strive for 24-48 hour delivery but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Customers must ensure site accessibility for delivery vehicles to the provided address.

6. Returns and Refusal of Materials

Customers are advised to inspect materials upon delivery. You may refuse acceptance of any materials that are damaged or do not meet the described specifications. Once accepted and paid for, returns are subject to the specific supplier's policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

BuildingMart acts as a facilitator. While we verify suppliers, we are not directly liable for defects in materials supplied by third-party manufacturers or suppliers, though we will assist in resolving disputes.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raiganj/West Bengal.
